One hour off-ice program including stretching, plyometrics, agility, and games

Daily classroom sessions

Weekly video analysis of each goaltender

At the end of camp, each student will receive a Personal Development Plan highlighting areas to concentrate on for the upcoming season

Each goaltender receives an Elite Goaltending Academy practice jersey

All campers receive Elite Goaltending Academy off-ice workout gear including a t-shirt and shorts
